Welcome to Asia Giving (operated by Yayasan Alam Subur Indonesia). By using our website and donating through our platform, you agree to comply with the following legal terms, Sharia guidelines, and payment processing standards.
1 Organization & Legal Capacity
Asia Giving is the official brand name operated by Yayasan Alam Subur Indonesia, an officially registered non-profit foundation and philanthropic organization under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We act as a trusted intermediary connecting global donors with underprivileged communities, refugees, and orphans across Asia and Africa.
2 Donation Principles & Sharia Compliance
- Voluntary Gift (Akad Hibah/Infaq): All funds remitted through Asia Giving (Yayasan Alam Subur Indonesia) are unconditional, voluntary charitable donations.
- Qurban & Aqiqah Execution: Sacrificial livestock (goats, sheep, cows) are selected to satisfy strict Islamic age and health criteria. Slaughtering is performed strictly within 24 hours of scheduled dates by certified Muslim butchers.
3 24h Execution & 48h Video Proof Policy
Asia Giving enforces a strict transparency guarantee. For every Qurban donation, a personalized video recording including full name recitation (*atas nama*) during ritual slaughter is dispatched directly to the donor's registered WhatsApp number and email within 48 hours of execution.
4 Payment Processing & Gateway Terms
We partner with tier-1 authorized payment processors to handle secure international transactions:
- PayPal (Global USD): Processes international debit/credit cards and PayPal wallet balances in US Dollars (USD).
- Xendit (Asia / IDR): Processes QRIS, Virtual Bank Accounts (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI), and Indonesian e-Wallets in IDR.
Processing fees charged by third-party payment gateways are disclosed transparently at checkout. Donors may choose to cover these fees so 100% of the base donation reaches beneficiaries.
5 Refund & Chargeback Policy
Due to the immediate procurement of livestock and distribution logistics, donations are generally final and non-refundable. Refunds are granted strictly under exceptional technical conditions such as duplicate transactions caused by payment gateway glitches.
6 Privacy & Confidentiality (Anonymous Donors)
We respect donor privacy. All transactions are protected via 256-bit SSL encryption. Donors may select "Hide my name" (*Anonymous Donor*) during checkout to ensure their real identity remains confidential from public campaign boards.
